Flora and Fauna

Flora and Fauna is the place to find wildlife orientated products to encourage and enhance the diversity of wildlife in your garden.

Many of the products we stock are unique to Flora and Fauna, handmade and painted by us. All the products are tried and tested by us and are only listed once we are happy with them.

We stock a superb range of bee and butterfly beneficial plants, mainly available at the shows, but specific orders are always welcome.
Flora and Fauna is very lucky to have plants supplied by the Chelsea Award winning "The Plant Company" and by PrenPlants, who grow all their plants in peat free compost. Both these companies are family run businesses in the heart of Sussex.

Currently sales mainly take place at the garden shows we attend, however orders are welcome and can be made if you email us and postage can be arranged.

Requests and commissions are always welcome, just use the form on the "contact" page to get in touch.

 A Bit About Me...

My name is Lisa Ashton and I bring to Flora and Fauna my passion for wildlife and nature.

I have been an amateur gardener for more than 20 years and have been lucky enough to create gardens on 3 different continents. This means that I have learnt about the climate, soil and nature for conditions such as desert, savannah, atlantic pyrennes as well as good old Sussex clay.

I have always loved wildlife and encourage it into any garden that I look after. In my current garden, through careful planning, planting of beneficial plants, placing of habitats and boxes, allowing a few wild areas I am lucky enough to be visited by a wonderful diversity of creatures, including several hedgehogs, much to my delight.

I also love art and bring my skills to the fore with my hand painted nest boxes.
